School Events

Special events coincide with our goal of creating a strong community for the students and families, as well as several opportunities for our students to create special memories. We value school spirit as we use our gifts. Some highlights of our school year consists of family BBQ’s, school-wide outings, grandparents & friend’s day, school musicals & a Christmas program, field trips, and spirit days.

Fundraising

In order to make Christian education available in Orillia, the school has regular fundraising events and opportunities to help support the ongoing operation of the school. We encourage every family to use their gifts to serve on at least one fundraising event each year. This has also been a profound way to develop a heart to make Christian education more accessible, as well as dive deeper into the community we offer at OCS. Some of our current focuses are an annual walkathon, silent auction, and golf tournament.
