I grew up in Minesing before moving to complete my Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo and Bachelor of Education at Queens University. Following graduation, I always thought I would teach in the public system, but God had other plans and led me to Christian Schools. I began teaching Grades 6-8 at Central Baptist Academy in Brantford before moving to Windsor to teach High School Math and Computer Science at Maranatha Christian Academy. I enjoy being active, competing in Triathlons and playing hockey. I am also not ashamed to admit I am a math nerd. I moved to Orillia with my wife Becca and children Carsey and Calvin in the summer of 2020, added our third child Rachel to our family and am so excited to be a part of what God is doing in this amazing school.
